			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The recent killing of Osama bin Laden is hoped by many in Kabul and across Afghanistan to bring a change of spirits to the country. According to <a href="http://www.mywebsearchlogs.com">MyWebSearch</a> Logs written by Abida Ali, there has long been cooperation between the ISI and other security apparatuses like the CIA.  Other news agencies are reporting that the ISI might be using the seeming slip up as a cover for their tight work with American and NATO forces.</p>
<p>Bin Laden&#8217;s death comes at a critical time for Western backed troops in Afghanistan and it is hoped that the worst is behind Kabul and Afghanistan.</p>
